In the similar granulating, briquetting and rod-making equipment, the pressing wheel component is the central component of the whole equipment. The advantages of "cone-wheel flat die" are incomparable to other equipment. For example, the ring model granulator is limited by the diameter of the ring die, and the pressure wheel cannot be increased, which leads to the reduction of the pressure wheel bearing chamber, the assembled bearing has no strong pressure bearing capacity, and the bearing damage leads to the disadvantages of three stops and two breaks of the equipment.
