PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This series of rotary cutter can crush various crop straws, such as corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw, alfalfa grass, Pennisetum, etc. It can also crush boards, strips and skins with the size less than 800x100x10mm (thickness), and the bundled materials can be crushed without breaking bundles.
This series of rotary cutting pulverizer adopts steel plate welding structure, the motor and the pulverizer rotor are installed on the same base, and the drum-type gear coupling is used for direct transmission. The rotor has been verified by dynamic balance, and the structure is reasonable, durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, convenient to operate, with little vibration and high productivity.

WORKING PROCESS
Feeding the materials into the rotary drum tube, then will be feeding into the grinder chamber, at the high speed rotating hammers and the fraction of the sieve, the materials will be grinded, then at the function of sucking force of the fan blower, the grinded materials will be sucking out from the bottom of the machine.
