LONGZE drum rotary dryer
The rotary dryer for coal is mainly used in the fields of building materials, mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry,etc., it can be used to dry materials with specified moisture and size. The dryer is designed for every material process andsuitable for each system , such as drying granualted material. While using as dryer , flow direction of flue pipe gas and materialshall adopt downstream manner; inlet gas temperature of flue pipe gas can be decided according to operation conditions of eachsystem; In general, it shall be less than 700℃. Adopt suitable capacity dryer to achieve stipulated final water content of eachdensity compound fertilizer as per national standard.

Operating Principle
The rotary dryer adopts air inhale device to inhale the hot air from air heating furnace to the inner of dryer to complete heating change with wet material.
There are multi angle lifting style lifting plate inside of dryer; during drying, the lifting plate will raising the material evenly, which can ensure the material complete heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the drying efficiency is good.
