1. The moisture content of cutting raw materials is preferably about 40% relative moisture content.
3. To fasten the bedknife, a torque wrench that can accurately indicate the torque must be used.
4. The fastening bolts of the flying knife and the bottom knife must use the special high-strength bottom bolts provided by our factory. (Bolt heads are marked with "ZL"). Ordinary bolts shall not be used instead, otherwise our factory shall not be responsible for the resulting operations. The service life of high-strength bolts is 1 year, and they must be replaced after one year of use.
